Cwmfforest Farm, the home of Trans Wales Trails, is hidden in an unspoilt valley deep in the beautiful Black Mountains of mid Wales. We are situated 14 miles from our nearest towns Abergavenny, Brecon and Hay-on-Wye. Just across the Welsh/English border lies Hereford which is 35 miles away.

By Rail

The nearest station is Abergavenny with regular trains to London, Newport and Cardiff.  Taxi's are available from the station, or collection may be arranged.

By Air

We offer a pick up service to and from London Heathrow Airport on Saturdays at 1pm, must be arranged in advance.  Regular Buses and Trains run from Cardiff and Bristol which take you to Abergavenny.
